Modeling Best Practices of Medically Integrated Pharmacies to Improve Treatment Monitoring and Therapy Adherence in Patients With HR+/HER2- Breast Cancer

Overview

Welcome to the HR+/HER2- Breast Cancer Management Training Hub developed for pharmacists to provide guidance on monitoring and managing adverse events associated with CDK4/6 inhibitors, support personalized care for patients, and improve therapy access.

Through collaboration among pharmacist experts, Purdue University College of Pharmacy, and the Academy for Continued Healthcare Learning (ACHL), this comprehensive training and education program offers pharmacists the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to model best practices of medically integrated pharmacies and improve outcomes for patients with HR+/HER2- metastatic breast cancer.

Whether you are a pharmacist wanting to train as an educator or simply earn CPE around the latest evidence, or a healthcare site looking to identify faculty for upcoming educational offerings, this hub has 2 pathways to meet your needs.
